Day 7 – Oxy-Powder

I should have completed the colon cleansing cycle by today but I decided to take on 3 more days cuz of my “unhealthy” diet.

So far I’m really seeing the improvements. I’m not too sure if it’s because I’m no longer constipated, but I feel refreshed each day that I start work, I no longer feel lethargic mid-day, I don’t have that bloated feeling, I finish my meals, have less urge to snack and I don’t feel as thirsty all the time as before! It really feels so good that I don’t know if I’m gonna go back to being constipated once I stop.

Anyway, I don’t think I lost as much weight as the others claim. At most I give it 1kg. But hopefully my metabolic rate picks up when I’m done with this!

By the way, yesterday I managed to hold it in for 30 minutes cuz I was on the train. The urge to go is definitely controllable!





Day 6 – Oxy-Powder

I took a 6 pill dosage at midnight, but I was up still at 3am when I felt the urge to go. False alarm. Turned out the entire time was a whole load of air. It got me wondering whether was my colon too clean already that all I had left was air?!

Anyway, it wasn’t the case. I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 11.30am with the urge to go and everything was as normal. Watery stools and so on. Went back to sleep and went again at 1.30pm and that’s was it for the day.

It’s been 6 days since I started and the pattern hasn’t changed. You only have the urge to go during your first couple of hours after you wake up and then everything is back to normal. I’m gonna extend my colon cleansing thingy for another 3 days cuz I haven’t had the perfect diet the last few days, so prob need a bit more cleaning!





Day 5 – Oxy-Powder

Ok so yesterday I decided to increase the dosage from 4 to 6. Took it at midnight, was still up at 3am doing stuff when the urge to go came. Went like 3 times, thought I was done for the day, went to sleep and by 11am, I had to go again. But by 11, it was the last few dumps of the day, and that was it.

I decided to increase the dosage cuz I wasn’t really eating much healthier and I thought unlike other people who pretty much had their poop balanced throughout the day, mine wasn’t. Though I did visit the loo at the recommended 3-5 times a day. Increasing the dosage just made the effects come on faster. Other than that, it really isn’t disruptive to the day! Disruptive to the mornings though! :)

No other side effects either. I do feel less dehydrated too! I used to feel thirsty all the time but now I don’t! I’m still a bit skeptical about the losing weight bit cuz I haven’t seen much of a difference as yet…





Day 4 – Oxy-Powder

Took dosage at midnight yesterday since it didn’t make much of a difference taking it earlier. No different than yesterday. Only visited the loo in the morning, after that was pretty much normal for me. I actually have a feeling I should increase the dosage. Seems too normal. Gonna try tonight! Since tomorrow is a Saturday! :)

I haven’t checked if I lost weight though.





Day 3 – Oxy-Powder

Taking the dosage earlier isn’t any different. I still only went when I woke up, after walking around a bit. Phooey.

I used the loo 4 times in the morning, the last being at 9.15am before I left the house. It’s lunch time now and I feel fine :) totally not as disruptive as people make it out to be, but I’m not sure if it’s my diet too. I ate like I normally do, not the healthy shingmadings that the website said I should. I don’t drink plain water so I just drink pure juice. Probably those who drink plain plain water and follow the diet plan may have more adverse effects. I do feel slightly more energetic, and not so bloated. I used to suffer from constipation, pooping only 2 or 3 times weekly. It’s a pretty refreshing change I must say! :) more updates later!

Day 2 – Oxy-Powder

Okay, yesterday was a bit different from Monday.

I woke up at 8am feeling fine, walked around for a bit and then had the urge to go. I read somewhere to try to do stretches and stay in the loo for a longer period of time so I did and well, spent a good twenty minutes. I thought I was done until I left the house and was walking to the train station when I had to go again. I still had time to find a toilet, choose my cubicle before I went. When I got to office, I went again, and by noon, everything was back to normal and I didn’t need to use the toilet again. :)
I decided to try taking the dosage earlier today, since the effects only come about 8 hours after consuming. This is so I can get everything done at home before I leave for work. Took it at 7.30pm, lets see how Thursday goes.

Summary:

  1. More watery stools
  2. Stopped loo visits by noon
  3. The day went about as usual :)
  4. I feel a little more energetic. Don’t know if its psychological.




Day 1 – Oxy-Powder

This post is for peeps who wanna know the effects of Oxy-Powder. Not gonna explain what Oxy-powder is cuz it’s Googleable. I really wanted to try Dr Natura for the longest time but the thought of having to drink horrid tasting shakes for 60 to 90 days kinda put me off. My bestie said her contractor that did the colon cleansing with the tube inserted into your anus thingy actually lost ALOT of weight.

Well, anyway, after many hours on google, I settled for Oxy-Powder cuz it’s a 7 day cleanse and it’s capsules! When I finally got it on Monday I was thinking of when I could start on this regiment cuz I’ve read stories of people pooping like 10 times a day and how important it is to be near a toilet. But what the heck, reading that the more dramatic effects only begin on Day 3, I decided to start Monday midnight.

So Tuesday came and I was a tad worried of what to expect. Alot of people started their waste removal about 8 hours after consumption but I hadn’t felt any urge yet, until lunch-time. Anyway, I decided to test how long you can hold it in and well, you probably have 10 – 15 minutes to search for a loo, and its not like its gonna burst out, still controllable. Was a tad disappointed it didn’t come out like what the Dr. Natura users have, but well, it IS a different product altogether anyway. I only went to the loo twice, didn’t make the 3 – 5 times a day mark, but I didn’t want to increase my dosage as I had a meeting the next day.

Took the second day’s dosage at midnight.

Summary:

  1. Watery stools
  2. Within one’s control if you have strong anal muscles and tolerance for the stomach pain
  3. Not as foul smelling as people write (but its Day 1…)
  4. Did not go toilet more than twice, did not affect the work day as only had the urge during lunch period
  5. Went about the rest of the day as normal
